“Over the years I have been instructed by James on a number of difficult clinical negligence cases. James is without doubt one of the most able, diligent and hardworking solicitors that instructs me. In addition to his skills as a lawyer, James never loses sight of the fact that the consequences of an error on the part of a medic can have far reaching and often devastating consequences for his clients. James is a supremely confident litigator who forever strives to obtain the best results for his clients.” - Mr Clive Thomas - Counsel, Farrars Building
