Sarah Harper is a Legal Director in the National Medical Negligence Team. She is an accredited member of the Law Society of England and Wales for Clinical Negligence.

Sarah has specialised in acting exclusively on behalf of patients and their families for over 18 years. She has dealt with a broad range of cases throughout her career including amputation, brain injury, delayed diagnosis of cancer claims, still birth and ophthalmic cases.

Sarah is committed to providing a bespoke service to her clients, responding to their needs and requirements with a flexible approach to achieve the best outcomes.

Sarah supports Campaign for Safer Births which was set up by Michelle Hemmington and co founder, Nicky Lyon, following the death of her baby boy Louie due to clinical negligence. The aim of the campaign is to provide practical help and support for other parents in similar circumstances and also to change the law around inquests for still births. Michelle's story is included in Sarah's "insights" shown below.
