Meanwhile the scope of the ongoing independent review of maternity services at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust by midwife Donna Ockenden was considerably broadened to include details of all stillbirths, maternal and neonatal deaths and significant harm going back over 20 years.
