Kate is adept at carefully considering the complex needs of her clients and putting place support and rehabilitation. She aims to make the often confusing process of bringing a claim as simple as possible for her clients. She will work closely with clients to obtain as much information as possible to successfully resolve their claim.
Kate has expertise in dealing with multiple defendant claims and those where the former employer is no longer trading, as well as carrying out complex investigations into the corporate history of the defendant employers when required.
In addition, Kate spent a number of years working within the Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) Breast Implant Group Litigation, dealing with a varying range of over 600 clients and settling claims involving the complex injuries and losses sustained as a result of the faulty breast implants.
She has been involved in the production of several Serious Injury podcases, covering a range of serious injury topics, including the current and developing case law regarding secondary victims and also a review of the inquest process.
Kate is quoted in the Legal 500 and was previously the President of the North Staffordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
